Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders are packed within one to two working days; delivery usually takes a further three to seven working days.
- Standard shipping is a flat rate, shown at checkout
- Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown in your bag
- You will receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and holidays.
Returns
If a piece is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant marks and alteration
What cannot be returned
- Custom-made or altered pieces, including stitched blouses
- Items marked final sale
- Pieces returned without tags, or showing signs of wear
How to return something
Email [email protected] with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven working days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping is not refunded. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a size is to return the original and place a new order — this way the piece you want is not sold while the return is in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will put it right at our cost.
